3. Eligibility for Services
To use Wekkitech’s services, you must: Be at least 18 years old or have consent from a parent/guardian.
Provide accurate registration details (full name, address, phone number, etc.).
Agree that Wekkitech may verify your identity for security purposes.
We reserve the right to reject applications for services without explanation.
4. Use of Our Services
By using Wekkitech’s services, you agree to: Use the service for lawful purposes only.
Maintain the security of your account and notify Wekkitech of any suspicious activity.
Pay all applicable fees on time to avoid service disruption.

5. Service Availability & Limitations
While Wekkitech strives to provide uninterrupted, high-speed internet, we cannot guarantee:
- 100% uptime, as outages may occur due to network maintenance, fiber cuts, or external factors.
- Fixed speeds at all times, as speeds may fluctuate due to congestion, infrastructure, or location factors.
- Service availability in all regions, though we are expanding coverage.
Customers experiencing service issues should contact Wekkitech support immediately for troubleshooting.
6. Billing, Payments & Subscription Terms
6.1 Payment Terms
- Customers must pay their subscription fees on time to avoid disconnection.
- All plans are prepaid, and service automatically renews upon payment.
- Payments can be made via M-Pesa, bank transfer, or other approved methods.
- Failure to pay within 30 days of the due date will result in automatic service suspension.
6.2 Grace Period & Late Payment Policy
- A 5-day grace period is available for late payments.
- Customers may request an additional 5-day extension by contacting Wekkitech support.
- After 30 days of non-payment, the account will be deactivated, and reactivation fees may apply.
6.3 Refunds & Cancellations
- No refunds are issued for prepaid services once activated.
- Customers canceling a plan before the billing cycle ends will not receive a refund.
- Refunds may be considered in exceptional cases (e.g., extended service outage due to Wekkitech issues).
7. Equipment Ownership & Responsibility
- Any routers, modems, or fiber cables provided by Wekkitech remain company property unless purchased outright.
- Customers must return Wekkitech equipment in good condition upon service termination.
- Damaged or lost equipment will result in a replacement fee charged to the customer.
Unauthorized tampering or modifications to equipment will lead to service termination and possible legal action.
8. Network Security & Acceptable Use Policy
To ensure a secure and fair internet experience, Wekkitech may: Implement bandwidth management to prevent congestion.
Restrict activities that overload the network, such as continuous high-volume downloads.
Monitor traffic for security threats and policy violations (without invading user privacy).
Users must not: Distribute malware, phishing scams, or engage in cybercrime.
Attempt to bypass security controls or interfere with network stability.
Share confidential customer data without proper authorization.
Wekkitech reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in network abuse.
9. Service Termination & Account Suspension
Wekkitech may terminate or suspend services if: A customer fails to pay their bill within 30 days.
A customer violates acceptable use policies.
There is fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized account activity.
Customers may request cancellation at any time by contacting Wekkitech support.
10. Limitation of Liability
While Wekkitech strives for excellence, we cannot be held liable for:
- Loss of data, business disruptions, or financial losses caused by internet downtime.
- Cybersecurity threats, hacking incidents, or unauthorized data breaches beyond our control.
- Damages from third-party services (e.g., cloud providers, streaming services).
Customers are encouraged to implement additional cybersecurity measures such as firewalls, antivirus software, and strong passwords.
11. Privacy & Data Protection
Wekkitech collects minimal personal data necessary for account management and service delivery. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without consent.
We use secure encryption to protect your data.
Customers can request data deletion if they terminate services.
