Role Summary:
Support the network team in managing and maintaining Wekkitech’s core and edge infrastructure, including routers, switches, and monitoring tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring network performance and downtime reports
- Support configuration and maintenance of routers and switches
- Help troubleshoot IP issues, device failures, and slow links
Requirements:
- Certificate/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or Network Engineering
- Familiarity with MikroTik, Ubiquiti, or basic Linux commands
- Eagerness to learn in a hands-on technical environment
